Founder & Chairman

Hailing from Queens, New York, Neil Wong is the Founder and Chairman of Queens Capital Holdings, a New York–based firm active in real estate development, manufacturing, and global logistics. His mission is to transform global plastic waste into sustainable, modular stays and shelters. Under his leadership, the company’s subsidiaries have grown to more than 50 employees across Brazil, China, Mexico, and the Philippines, delivering projects valued at over $100M.

Mr. Wong draws his inspiration and philosophy from innovators such as Tadao Ando, Michael Reynolds, and Oscar Mendez, blending innovation, minimalism, and biomimicry. He constantly pushes the boundaries of building concepts and modular manufacturing while some of his work has been featured in outlets from The New York Times to Travel + Leisure.

Mr. Wong began his career with a small interior construction firm before moving into ground-up hospitality developments and now brings more than 10 years of expertise in construction and design. He has obtained various certifications from CUNY, NYU, NYREI, Turner Construction, and the U.S. Green Building Council. A frequent lecturer at Columbia Business School, he has also spoken on panels ranging from ThirdBridge to UBS. He is an active member of the Manhattan and Queens Chambers of Commerce, MBE-certified with New York State and the Port Authority of NY & NJ, and a strong supporter of the Adventist Church.

Having traveled to more than 30 countries, Wong spends his free time admiring world-class engineering while building partners and investors across China and the United States. He lives in Manhattan, where he can often be found skateboarding with his dog.
