Neil Wong

Founder & Chairman

From humble beginnings in Queens, New York, Mr. Wong has spent over a decade shaping the building industry. He is the Founder and Chairman of Queens Capital Holdings and The Nap Group, two New York–based firms active in development, manufacturing, and logistics. Under his leadership, the company has expanded to over 50 employees across the United States, Brazil, China, Mexico, and the Philippines, delivering projects valued at more than $100 million.

Inspired by visionary designers such as Michael Reynolds, Tadao Ando, and Oscar Mendez, Mr. Wong fuses innovation, minimalism, and biomimicry to push the limits of what design and construction can be. His work and philosophy have been featured in The New York Times, Travel + Leisure, and dozens of global outlets.

Before founding his firms, Mr. Wong started his career in interior construction and later moved into ground-up hospitality developments. A lifelong learner, he studied International Business and earned professional certifications from CUNY, NYU, NYREI, Turner Construction, and USGBC. He regularly shares his insights as a guest lecturer at Columbia Business School, ThirdBridge and UBS. He is an active member of the Manhattan and Queens Chambers of Commerce, an MBE-certified entrepreneur with New York State and the Port Authority of NY & NJ, and a dedicated supporter of the Adventist Church.

Having traveled to more than 30 countries, Neil continues to seek inspiration from world-class engineering and craftsmanship. He divides his time between the U.S. and China, building partnerships and exploring new ideas. He resides in Manhattan, where he can often be found skateboarding with his beloved German Shepherd.

The only way to do great work is to love what you do.
