Hailing from the international mecca of Queens, New York, Mr. Wong is the Founder and Chairman of Queens Capital Holdings, an award-winning real estate development, modular manufacturing, and property management firm. Under his leadership, its holdings have grown to over 50 employees, 3 offices, and developed over $40 million in property value on behalf of landlords and global investors. His micro-hotel projects have single-handedly elevated the New York budget accommodation market, with many emulating his designs and operational details.

Mr. Wong’s projects have garnered international recognition and have been featured in publications such as The New York Times, Forbes, and Travel & Leisure. His work reflects his passion for minimalist, biomimicry, and high-tech design, drawing inspiration from his favorite architects, Tadao Ando, Stefano Boeri, and Lord Norman Foster. In his leisure time, he enjoys experimenting with humanitarian housing concepts.

Mr. Wong has extensive expertise in construction, design, and operations. He studied business administration at CUNY and NYU and obtained certifications from the Turner School of Construction Management, New York Real Estate Institute, and US Green Building Council. He began his career brokering development sites and managing small interior projects while still in school. He then went on to work for family offices doing ground-up hospitality projects.

Mr. Wong has traveled to over 30 countries, where he enjoys experiencing world-class architecture and engineering. When not traveling, he resides in Manhattan and can often be found skateboarding around town with his German Shepherd, Nappy. He is a frequent lecturer at Columbia Business School, educating MBA candidates on entrepreneurship. A practicing Christian, he is an avid supporter of various church-based organizations.
